Program Modules

  1. Tourism & Hospitality English
    This module focuses on enhancing students’ language skills, particularly in the context of hospitality and tourism. Effective communication is essential in this industry, and students will develop the vocabulary and cultural understanding necessary to interact confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.

  2. Service Quality
    Students will learn the principles of delivering high-quality service, which is at the heart of hospitality. This module covers customer service techniques, guest satisfaction, and methods for exceeding client expectations to create memorable experiences.

  3. Basic Restaurant Operations
    In this module, students will gain practical knowledge of restaurant management, including service standards, menu planning, and the day-to-day operations that ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests.

  4. Fundamentals of Front Office Operations
    The front office is the face of any hospitality establishment. This module teaches students the essentials of front office operations, such as check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, guest relations, and other front desk responsibilities.

  5. Hospitality Facilities Management

  6. Industrial Attachment (IA)
    The Industrial Attachment is a 6-month hands-on internship that provides students with practical, on-the-job experience in a professional hospitality setting. During this period, students will apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world situations, gaining valuable insights and developing essential skills under the guidance of experienced industry professionals.

Program Duration
The Diploma in Hospitality Management spans a total of 12 months—6 months of academic learning followed by a 6-month Industrial Attachment (IA). The program is offered in both full-time and part-time options, making it accessible to students with different time commitments.
